Main Character: Draymond Green
With so much playoff action happening, why just focus on the one player? Well, that one player happens to be one of the most controversial and drama-inducing NBA players of all-time, and he's back at it again.
The Suspension
The NBA announced last night that Draymond Green would serve a one-game suspension from the playoffs. Not taking place in a pivotal Game 3 with the Warriors down 2-0 is not how they had this going in their head. Here's how Green had it going down in his mind during the play in question:
Draymond Green: “My leg got grabbed. Second time in two nights.” Said he needed to put his foot somewhere but officials told him he “stomped too hard.”

Luckily for Golden State, they will be playing at their home in Chase Center, and the Warriors are among the best in the league when playing on their home court. Steph Curry and Co. have never been down in a series 2-0, and without Green, their spark plug, it will certainly change lineups and how GSW approaches this game.
You Might Not Have Seen THIS 👀
The Seattle Kraken just upset the reigning Stanley Cup champs on their home ice for their first playoff win in franchise history. What a wild sentence.
Stunning the Avs home crowd (and probably the Avs themselves) with strong goaltending from Phillip Grubauer's 34 saves and clutch offense from Alex Wennberg's goal and assist, the Kraken took Game 1.
Geeking out over this goal rn 🤓

It's not that the Kraken didn't have a chance, but no one expected the newest team in the NHL to gel like this for their first ever playoff win. The Avalanche now know what they have to do to win, but for the rest of this series one thing's for sure, the Kraken will be taken seriously.

How can you not be romantic about golf? Abdul Nevarez was severly injured in a motor accident, but that never stopped him from playing the sport he loves. Check out this shot from him, and paired with the reactions from his buddies, priceless.

About last night...
The Prince of Puck has been dethroned. Like I've said before, I don’t give out every bet I have on Snagged, and last week was a historically good week. Unfortunately, so is this week, for the opposite reason. There are good historic things (the ending of slavery) and there are bad historic things (the beginning of slavery), and somewhere at the far end of the other side of the spectrum of history, my picks are experiencing the same thing. We have had a tough start to the week, but we will bounce back
🏀 NBA: Grizzlies +1 vs. Lakers
I get it, Morant is out, but wow what an overreaction. The Grizzlies have been without Ja when he was addicted to guns AND when he was injured, and they still ended up 2nd in the West. That is no coincidence. Take this and the Desmond Bane over on points for an added cherry on top.
🏒 NHL: Stars -150 vs. Wild
I will have boots on the ground for this game, thus I will be booing Matt Dumba every chance I get for that cheap shot he took on Pavelski. Factor that into the odds for this game as you place your bet.
The Stars have something they are playing for now, and they looked better than the Wild in the third period and overtime of Game 1. But the Wild got a couple lucky bounces that ultimately won them the game. I don't see that happening again, so shoot for the stars here.
As per usual, do you what you must with this valuable information.
