The NBA Finals are underway, and the Nuggets came out the gates with a strong Game 1 win in their first Finals appearance in 47 years.

The Denver duo in Jokic and Murray each finished with 25+ points with the two-time MVP becoming just the second player ever to have a triple double in their NBA Finals debut. The Heat on the other hand struggled mightily from the field, with Jimmy Butler scoring just 13 points, and prominent role players Caleb Martin and Max Strus coming away with 3 points total on a combined 1-17 shooting.

Snagged Sports has the Nuggets in 5, and they are well on their way to accomplishing that goal. The Finals will return Sunday night back in Denver.

The Heat let me down a little bit, but really came through for us for the under after scoring just 42 first half points. D-Backs are helping me print money, and betting against the Rockies is becoming not a bad strategy. Now it’s time for the Prince of Puck to return and give the people what they need as we head into some Stanley Cup action.

⚾️ MLB: Rangers +105 vs. Mariners

I’m not sure I have seen a line that makes less sense than this line. It even smells like a rat line. The Rangers won 2-1 last time Jon Gray pitched against the Mariners. The Rangers are 16-8 at home, and the Mariners are 12-12 on the road. PRIDE PICK OF THE MONTH

⚾️ MLB: Angels F5 vs. Astros

Shohei Ohtani on the mound for the Angels = hammer the Angels. I don’t make the rules, but I did just make this one up. I have no faith in the Angels to ever finish out a game, but i trust Ohtani to give me 5 great innings. Taking the Angels F5 +0.5 is also a solid play too.

🏒 NHL: Panthers ML vs. Golden Knights + U 5.5 goals

Cinderella and Matthew Tkachuk walk into a bar and the hostess says “table for 1 sir?” I am personally not going to stand in the way of the P’s. With over a week of much needed rest, I think the P’s win this one easily 3-1, and Brick Wall Bob stays hot in net.
