Main Character: Commanders

To Commanders fans across the globe, congratulations, you did it! The Dan Snyder reign is over. Now allow me to introduce the newest majority owner, Josh Harris. Harris, who is the principal owner of both the New Jersey Devils and Philadelphia 76ers, agreed to a $6.05 billion dollar price tag to take over the team.

Among the ownership group is NBA legend Magic Johnson, who dives into owning his first NFL team. The NFL requires all franchisee sales to be approved by an NFL finance committee as well as three-fourths the NFL's owners.

Other bidders rumored to be interested in the team were Jeff Bezos and rapper Jay-Z, but ultimately, Harris' ownership group put together the best, and quickest, offer for the Snyders to accept. With a lackluster recent history, maybe the Commanders will turn it around under Harris' rule. Only time will tell.

The Tampa Bay Rays entered into the season with a little bit of hype, but not too much hope. Well Rays fans, get playoff ready, because your team is 13-0 to start the season, tying an MLB modern era record.

Third baseman Brandon Lowe and and shortstop Wander Franco lead the team in batting average with both sitting above .320. Tampa hasn't even really played in many close games with just 3 saves this season and their margin of victory at 5.5 runs.

The Rays will go for the record tonight in Toronto, and if you aren't tuning in (or at least checking the box score every once in a while) then you don't love baseball. Get hype baseball lovers because history is on the line.

Jonathan Toews played in what many think was his last game with the Blackhawks, and got exactly what a legend of the game, and of a city, deserves.

About last night...

When you’re hot, you're hot. I can’t give you every single pick cause then that would be a newsletter in and of itself, but I am up a near 60 units just on this week alone. Prayers up for the bookie! See you money makers on Monday.

🏀 NBA: Bulls +5.5 vs. Heat

Heat culture is dying and a reset seems imminent. This is a spot where the Heat will more than likely win, but will get out to a big lead. Then, they will let the Bulls back in but end up winning by 3 or 4. The Heat were 14-25-2 ATS as a home favorite this year and 20-36-3 ATS as a favorite. They simply cannot and will not cover this big spread.

🏒 NHL: Predators +1.5 vs. Avalanche

It's the last pick of the NHL regular season 😪

I firmly believe in the Predators to win this game, but I will take the smart way out here and go with the cover. Nashville is 31-15 ATS this season as and underdog, and they like to keep games close. Sign it, seal it, and deliver it.

As per usual, do you what you must with this valuable information.

🐣 Tweet of the Day 🐣

Patrick Cantlay has very clearly upset the golf world with his slow play, and now we have the video proof to justify our frustration. It was a slow day in the final round at the Masters, I get that, but how do you let this happen?

The caption here says it all. What a goal, and a tip of the cap to you, Jusso Parssinen.
